This week myself and a friend had to take a road trip to the James Madison Montpelier Estate in Virginia. On our way we stopped at a Sheetz gas station to use the little boys room, which by the way was spotless, clean and very well decorated for a bathroom. At that moment the planets must have aligned the sky opened up, because we were both hungry for lunch. Behind this gas station there was a log cabin trailer, that was selling bbq. It looked something like this.
I must apologize for not knowing the name of this place, but I have included maps and directions to find it.
Let me tell you, that for $5.00 it was the BEST pulled pork bbq sandwich that ever tempted my taste buds.  My friend agreed.  Piled high on a warm buttery bun and loaded with chunks of pork, NOT shredded.  A perfect tablespoon portion of sauce right on top.  We also split a potato salad which was amazing and finished things off with some warm Pecan Pie.
We noticed the owner was using oak wood to create his flame & embers; and the grill had a rotisserie platform inside.  I said to my friend as we were ordering, "anything cooked in a log cabin has to be good."
That sandwich made the 300 mile round trip journey worth it.
So if you ever travel down to Fredricksburg Va. in a parking lot behind a Sheetz on the corner of Rte3 & Rte20 there is pig with your name on it.
